Established in 1924, Resch & Frisch provides quality, traditional bakery products not only via its shops in Austria, but also for customers to bake for themselves at home. The company has used 4D as a field service solution for years, enabling its employees to access important data and documents. Using it as an ERP interface, the 4D system provides planning, evaluation and visualization tools for over 80 sales representatives in the field and 120 employees in the office. With its user interface possibilities and easy programmability, Resch & Frisch also also employ 4D as a platform to test new projects before launch.
