No minimum purchase. Available on the 4D Store and through your sales representative.
Subscriptions
+10%
- New configurations: 10% extra discount on the first year of the subscription only.(1)
- Additional expansions to existing subscriptions: 10% extra discount for the remaining period until the anniversary date.
- Maintenance is included in the subscription.
Perpetual licenses
+10%
Get an extra 10% discount on purchase of 4D 21 perpetual licenses, for new configurations and for expansions of existing configurations under active maintenance.
Free maintenance
12 months
Maintenance is included for free with perpetual licenses purchased during this promotion:
- New configurations: 12 months of maintenance for free, starting from the date of purchase.
- Expansions to existing configurations: maintenance for free for the remaining period until the anniversary date.(2)
(1)The following years are invoiced at the standard price applicable at renewal.
(2)After the free period, maintenance is subject to 4D's standard prices in force at renewal and to the Annual Maintenance Exhibit to the 4D End User License Agreement (EULA).
Who benefits?
This promotion is open to all 4D Partners and professional Customers, subject to the Promotion Terms and Conditions below. Partner levels (Silver, Bronze, etc.) and Partner discounts are those resulting from the Partner's enrollment in the 4D Partner Program in force on the date of the order or, where applicable, from the agreement individually negotiated with 4D, subject to the fixed 20% Partner discount provided below for perpetual licenses.

Examples
Example 1
Your subscription renewal date is June 1, 2027. On December 1, 2026, you add seats to your configuration: you get an additional 10% discount on the additional 4D Client subscription for the remaining 6 months until June 1, 2027.
Example 2
You purchase a new perpetual configuration during the promotion: you get 12 months of maintenance for free.
Example 3
Your maintenance runs until May 1, 2027. On December 1, 2026, you add expansions to this configuration: you get 5 months of maintenance for free.
How to order
- Place your order on the 4D online store or with your sales representative.
- You will receive your 4D product numbers as soon as your order is confirmed.
Promotion Terms and Conditions
These Promotion Terms and Conditions set out the specific conditions of the 4D End of Year Promotion 2026. They supplement the 4D Products and Associated Services applicable to each order (the “4D Products and Associated Services T&Cs”), which, together with the 4D End User License Agreement (EULA) and its Annual Maintenance Exhibit, apply to all orders placed under this promotion, whether by a Partner or by a Customer. The General Terms and Conditions of the 4D Partner Program (the “Partner Program Terms”) only determine Partner levels and Partner discounts; they do not govern orders placed under this promotion.
1. Offer valid for all orders placed from November 2, 2026 until December 31, 2026 (inclusive, 11:59 pm CET (GMT+1)), on the 4D Store and for orders placed with a 4D sales representative. For orders placed with a sales representative, the signed quote or purchase order must be received by 4D by no later than this date and time.
2. Offer reserved for professionals acting for the purposes of their trade, business or profession; consumers are not eligible. 4D employees are not eligible.
3. Offer valid worldwide, subject to applicable local laws. Orders are placed with and invoiced by the 4D entity (4D SAS or one of its subsidiaries) identified in the order form, quote or invoice.
4. The subscription discount applies to new subscriptions only; subscription renewals are not eligible.
5. No credit or exchanges on purchased products will be granted. This is without prejudice to the 4D Products and Associated Services T&Cs, in particular the warranties and, where applicable, the right of withdrawal they provide.
6. Offer applies only to 4D 21 products and current subscription offers. Expansions are eligible only if the existing configuration is under active maintenance or subscription.
7. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or special pricing, except the Partner discounts and the subscription quantity discounts. Partners whose purchase prices under an individually negotiated agreement with 4D are calculated on the basis of the 4D price list are also eligible: the additional 10% discount is then applied to the price after their discount. Subscriptions to the 4D Partner Program and orders placed under any other individually negotiated agreement with 4D are not eligible.
8. Prices and discounts are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.
9. Unlimited order eligibility: there is no limit on the number of eligible orders.
10. Personal data is processed in accordance with 4D's Privacy Notice.
11. 4D reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions or in case of fraud or abuse.
12. 4D may modify or end the offer early, in particular in case of fraud or manifest error, by updating this page. Any modification does not affect orders already confirmed.
13. If any provision of these Promotion Terms and Conditions is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
These Promotion Terms and all orders placed under this promotion are governed by the 4D Products and Associated Services T&Cs (or, for orders placed under an individually negotiated agreement with 4D, by that agreement), including their governing law and jurisdiction clauses (law and courts of the 4D entity identified in the order form, quote or invoice, or in that agreement). In case of conflict, the Promotion Terms prevail only with respect to eligibility for, and the amount and duration of, the promotional discounts and free maintenance.
