Seine et Marne, the second largest department of the Ile-de-France region, has over 1.3 million inhabitants and some 514 municipalities. The ARégie company, a 4D Partner, has provided the General Council of Seine et Marne with a 4D-based application, part of a complete solution that encompasses several areas. ARégie allows all the museums of the General Council to manage all cash receipts with points of autonomous collection (fully equipped with electronic banking) that interact daily with a central accounting system via Web services.
